Doran Schrantz is executive director of ISAIAH, a faith-based community organization of 100 member congregations in Minnesota. Ms. Schrantz has transformed ISAIAH into one of the most powerful voices in Minnesota around issues of racial and economic justice. ISAIAH has explored the intersection of community organizing, policy and research and has launched powerful partnerships with national policy leaders.
