The DentaQuest Institute is pleased to announce their call for applications for the DCM Collaborative. This initiative will bring up to ten teams from sites across the country (community health centers, private practice, and academic institutions) for an 18-month collaborative from March 2015 to August 2016, focused on developing and testing a chronic disease management protocol for children, adolescents, and young adults, ages 6-20.
