"PEAK Online System Enhancements
The state will be launching two exciting enhancements to the PEAK online system on December 15th, which will allow a more dynamic application and online redeterminations/renewals will be incorporated into Manage My Account. The PEAK Outreach Team is preparing webinar materials to support the December launch. We have scheduled a webinar for Friday, December 13th, from 1-2PM. Click here for registration details.
Medical Assistance Application Status
Coloradans are now able to check the status of their Medical Assistance Application (includes Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus) by calling 1-800-359-1991. Customer service representatives are available to provide assistance between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday. Applicants will need to provide their Application Tracking Number.
