Medicaid Breast and Cervical Cancer Program

“Effective Dec. 1, individuals diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer by community providers may be eligible for the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program through Medicaid. Previously, eligibility was limited to clients who were diagnosed by certain providers throughout the state. The Breast and Cervical Cancer Program is a Medicaid program for women who have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer. Treatment may also be available for certain breast and cervical cancer conditions that may lead to cancer if not treated.
