New Funding Opportunity Announcement from CDPHE

“The Cancer, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease (CCPD) Grants Program is pleased to release a new, competitive Request for Applications (RFA). The intent of this funding during FY 17-18 (October 1, 2016-June 30, 2018) is to expand the reach and impact of the CCPD Grants Program by funding organizations/agencies across Colorado that will focus on further reducing chronic diseases in Colorado, specifically in populations most burdened by cancer, cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
