Increase health coverage for Coloradans, while strengthening and enhancing local collaboratives and networks. Specifically, we are interested in receiving proposals for community-level planning and implementation of coordinated outreach and enrollment activities. Stand alone or individual organization outreach and enrollment efforts will not be considered for funding.
