WWC recruiting advisory board member

“The Women’s Wellness Connection (WWC) Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (BCCSP) Advisory Board is requesting applications to fill one vacancy. Applicants who possess one or more of the following qualifications will be strongly considered:

• a representative with rural perspective - provider or other
• a representative with knowledge regarding health insurance, care coordinator and/or Medicare/Medicaid/Affordable Care Act
• a representative of the Eastern Plains
• a representative with a background with hard to reach women

Board member applications are evaluated and voted on by current board members. Newly selected Board members will serve three-year terms. The WWC BCCSP Advisory Board meets quarterly for three hours. Members of the Advisory Board shall serve without compensation but transportation and travel costs are reimbursed.
