Exciting changes are coming to PEAK on April 28th. There are some of the additions that are in store for this month:
- PEAK Introduces a Mail Center with E-Noticing: All clients can access their personal PEAK Mail Center through Manage My Account on the PEAK website. This allows clients to access benefit letters (client correspondence) at any time.
- PEAK Application Status Checker: The eligibility experience is improving, and clients will be able to see what is happening with their submitted application by simply signing-in to their PEAK account.
- Retroactive Medicaid Enhancements: At the end of April, PEAK will include questions about expense and income information that are necessary to determine retroactive Medical Assistance.
- Level of Care Self-Assessment Added: Medical Assistance applications for Long-Term Services and Supports that are submitted through PEAK will now include the option to complete a self-assessment online.
