PEAK Updates: The dynamic nature of PEAK continues to be enhanced and many applicants will experience further streamlining of the online application. Also added to PEAK is the ability to submit online redeterminations/renewals information.
MAXIMUS: Due to extreme call volume, additional infrastructure was recently added including a Liaison Line: Clients call 800-359-1991 and the Liaison Line is 877-311-4540 (dedicated for CBO’s, MCO’s, Counties, CAAS and PE Sites). Please do not share the Liaison Line with clients.
Client Verification: The new federal guidelines require that client attestation be an acceptable source for determining eligibility for Medical Assistance. Agencies are working to ensure that Colorado’s systems comply with the new regulations. In the meantime, client may receive conflicting information as to their application.” [Source: Colorado PEAK]
