- A customer of Xcel Energy for both Gas and Electric service
- Works out of a large facility (20,000+ sq. ft)
- Has high annual utility bills (over $20,000)
- Needs energy efficiency improvements in their facility

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, Division of Insurance and Connect for Health Colorado have released a new joint communications webinar. The webinar discusses how community partners can assist in reaching the uninsured and begin to educate consumers on how to use their coverage. The webinar also provides an overview of the resources available for consumers, partners and providers about the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid expansion, Connect for Health Colorado and the changes to private health insurance. The new webinar can be found on Colorado.gov/HCPF/ACAResources or by clicking here.

The training will guide individuals through the paper application, answer common questions about the paper application and provide tools to assist clients with the application.
