TCHF Activating Places and Spaces Together Funding Opportunity

"As part of the Colorado Health Foundation's program area to ensure that communities have activated, quality indoor and outdoor infrastructure that encourages kids to be physically active, this funding opportunity supports locally-defined, place-specific efforts to get people outdoors and actively engaged in their neighborhoods - together. Foundation grant funds will support costs associated with project/program planning and/or implementation for up to one year.

Open Deadlines: All deadlines between June 15, 2016 and Oct. 15, 2018.
