“The
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is currently providing an opportunity primarily for
Safety Net Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers and Rural Health Centers (though others with billing ability and high need will be considered) to
acquire accreditation of their Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) program through either the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) to ensure that DSME programs meet national standards.
- Consideration of applicants will be based on a number of factors (listed in the application) and the number of requests received.
- CDPHE support will cover the cost of accreditation only.
- Please note all applications should be received by November 30, 2015 to be considered.

Happiness is all i see now I never thought that I will be cured from HERPES virus again.
