- Medical Assistance Disability Application: The State's disability determination application for Medical Assistance programs was incorporated into PEAK in June 2015; however, it was removed from PEAK on November 22 for review and reformatting. Applicants who require a disability determination will be prompted to print the disability application, which was the process prior to June.
- Error message on Job Income page in PEAK: Some applicants reported receiving an error message on the Job Income page in PEAK that indicated, "Your session has ended because of an error." This issue was resolved by Friday morning of last week. Those who experienced this issue should now be able to complete their application.
