PEAK Enhancements: The March enhancements to PEAK seek to resolve technical issues identified by eligibility sites, community partners, applicants and clients through Help Desk Tickets.

Support Calls for Community Partners: Existing CBMS Post-Build and Post-Build Follow-Up calls have been integrated to include county and MA site participation. In addition to the PEAK Support Call for community partners, we will also host a dedicated Post-Build call each month to discuss PEAK system performance and known issues.

CBMS Outage: As a part of the March build, CBMS will be down on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to approximately 9:00 p.m. During the outage, Medical Assistance applicants using PEAK might not receive real time eligibility determinations.
