AMA Healthy Communities Funding: Diabetes Projects for Free Clinics

"The American Medical Association Foundation is accepting Letters of Interest for its 2013 Healthy Communities/Healthy America through March 15, 2013. This year, the program will address diabetes management and education projects for free clinic patients nationwide.

The foundation supports the efforts of physicians and other volunteers working at physician-led free clinics to provide quality, affordable health care. Healthy Community grants, which range between $10,000 and $25,000, support program-related expenses at clinics in communities where there is little government funding or support."  Click here to read more.  [Source: CCI Voice]
