Kaiser Permanente’s Colorado Bridge Program
“Kaiser Permanente Community Benefit provides a Charitable Health Coverage (CHC) Program in all regions. Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO) has a new CHC Program, Colorado Bridge Program. The Colorado Bridge Program is designed for those who are uninsured with no access to other coverage, and meet program eligibility criteria. The program helps eligible members pay for a standard Kaiser Permanente Individuals and Families (KPIF) plan, KP CO Gold HMO 0/20, and also allows them to receive cost-sharing assistance through Medical Financial Assistance (MFA) for most services received at KP facilities. Clinical Quality Improvement Project - breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening
"The American Cancer Society and the CO Dept. of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) are partnering on a project that will be offered to clinics to increase breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening rates.
The purpose of this project is to provide your clinic with a picture of existing cancer screening practices and policies and to assist with sustainable infrastructure building that ensures breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening guidelines are being followed and your client population receives appropriate care.
