You can start the process by:

1. Calling United Way 2-1-1 and Reference the Alliance Portal to enter your information at the United Way 2-1-1 Office, 303-561-2112

Care Coordination Resources for Uninsured Populations Webinar

• Describing current environment and needs of uninsured/immigrant populations
• Presentations from Partner Organization to provide available resources for uninsured/immigrant populations
• Best practices around building community partnerships to meet the needs of uninsured/immigrant populations

Patient Navigation Workforce Initiative Presentation

Alliance members are invited as The Colorado Colorectal Screening Program of the University of Colorado Cancer Center is hosting Dr Pat Uris of CDPHE to provide a 45 min presentation regarding the Patient Navigation Workforce Initiative. There will also be time for questions.
