- “The deadline to have coverage in place Jan. 1 is 11 days away and the call volume is going up at our Customer Service Center. Keep in mind that if you call between 7 am and 9 am your wait time will be shorter. The time to avoid is late morning and early afternoon, when the number of incoming calls tends to peak.
- We are extending Customer Service Center hours in anticipation. The center will be open: Sunday, Dec. 13, 7 am to 8 pm; Monday, Dec. 14, 7 am to 10 pm and Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 7 am to midnight.
