The Colorado Health Foundation Launches LTSS Special Funding Opportunity

Colorado Disability Supports Program is up and running

The Colorado Disability Supports Program is a new program that is available to assist people with disabilities as they navigate the Social Security and Medicaid Long Term care application and benefit retention process.  The program is up and rolling and accepting clients to assist.  Click here to learn more about the program and fill out a referral form.
