Of particular interest relative to Medicaid was the the introduction this week of HB 1353 as a Joint Budget Committee bill codifying the Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC) into statute. It passed out of its first committee on Tuesday with all Republicans voting against it. (The Republicans seemed to think the bill would lead to an expansion of Medicaid, which it does not.)
