Endowments appeal to nonprofit organizations for a variety of reasons. They include investing for future needs, creating a revenue stream and creating an option for legacy giving. Community First Foundation has been supporting endowment-building in the seven-county metro Denver area for more than ten years. This year, exclusively for Nonprofit Endowment Partners, we have allocated $275,000 towards our Incentive Grant Program for contributions up to $40,000 and our Premier Incentive Grant Program for contributions of $1 million or more.
