ClinicNET is honored to provide a centralized voice for Colorado’s Community Safety Net Clinics (CSNCs). The purpose of this annual affiliate survey is to help us understand your needs, how we can improve our support services, education, policy and advocacy work, and evaluate our impact on affiliate clinics.
