These increased rates will take the place of The Affordable Care Act program, that pays attested primary care physicians a supplemental payment up to Medicare rates. This program ends December 31, 2014. Supplemental payments will be made in 2015 for services that were rendered in 2014 under this program. Please contact Richard.Delaney@state.co.us with questions.
