To jump start preparations for Safety Net Clinic Week 2013, ClinicNET and the Colorado Rural Health Center sent out “Save the Date” postcards to Colorado's Congressional delegation, State legislators and other key Colorado community members.
Highlights from last year's Safety Net Clinic
Week included 14 clinic site-visits with elected officials, governmental staffers, and candidates for office. 5 clinic open houses, and 5 governmental proclamations! Clinics that participated last year said that site-visits and open houses were a great way to
build relationships, increase
awareness of services, highlight the
importance of clinics, and acknowledge partnerships in the community.
