Connect for Health Assistance Network
As part of our customer support team, the Connect for Health Assistance Network will certify Assistance Sites across Colorado to deliver local, in-person education and help to individuals and small employers applying for health insurance coverage. Certified Health Coverage Guides located at the Assistance Sites will provide unbiased assistance with plan evaluation and the health coverage application process. In addition, they will provide outreach and public education about Connect for Health Colorado, the range of health coverage options, and help you determine if you qualify for new federal financial assistance, based on income, to reduce the cost of health insurance.
