The Colorado Opportunity Project - request for interventions

“The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, in collaboration with the Departments of Human Services, Public Health and Environment, and Labor and Employment invites you to submit your interventions/programs to be considered for participation in the Colorado Opportunity Project.

They need your help identifying government, non-profit, private and community initiatives (“interventions”) that support the goal of the Colorado Opportunity Project to create a pathway to middle class for all Coloradans. Initiatives included in the Colorado Opportunity Project will be part of a larger community effort to enhance economic opportunities for low-income Coloradans and may receive new resources to enhance and expand their efforts.

To submit an intervention, submit your responses to the Colorado Opportunity Project Solicitation Survey Monkey. Please respond to the survey no later than Monday, June 15.

For more information on the Project, please visit the Colorado Opportunity website.” [Source: HCPF]
