Caring for Colorado funding opportunity: SMILES Dental Home Project

• May 15, 2015 – Caring for Colorado’s on-line grant application will be available.  To access the application go to www.caringforcolorado.org.
• May 27, 2015 – Caring for Colorado will host a webinar, at 10:00 AM, to describe the project and give guidance for the application. Registration for the webinar is required. https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7622780341141267714.
• July 1, 2015 – Application deadline.
