The Governor’s Office and the Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) invite you to attend an informational webinar regarding the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Innovation (CMMI) State Innovation Models (SIM) funding opportunity. Colorado will be submitting an application for the September 17 funding deadline, and you are invited to be part of the process. This webinar will provide an overview of the funding opportunity, cover our progress to-date, and ask for feedback and input from interested stakeholders.
