“The Gates Family Foundation provides support to Colorado nonprofit organizations that have meaningful impact and enhance the quality of life for those visiting, working, and living in the state. The Foundation supports capital projects that fall within the following categories: Arts and Culture; Parks, Conservation, and Recreation; Education; Well-Being of Children, Youth, and Families; and Community Development and Revitalization. Applicant organizations should incorporate green building and sustainable development practices into their projects whenever possible. In addition, applicant organizations must be based in Colorado.
