“The Colorado Children’s Healthcare Access Program (CCHAP) will be hosting a presentation on ICD-10 implementation for providers, managers, and staff on April 23rd noon-1pm. The presenter is a national expert on ICD-10 and we are excited to be able to bring his expertise to medical home practices in Colorado. You may attend in person or via webinar remotely.
