Invite to Regional Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) Meetings

“You are invited to learn more and provide input about developing a Colorado ECHO:  Extension for Community Health Outcomes, based on the peer-learning method developed by the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.  This method uses bi-directional video technology to support case-based, peer learning networks to build capacity to better manage diseases.  CO ECHO emphasizes the dissemination of evidence-based knowledge and guidelines and emerging best-practices across the health care and public health workforce.   A series of “virtual” regional meetings will be held in December to share the vision and to continue to get feedback to help shape the final vision of CO ECHO.   Virtual meetings will use “Zoom.”  You will simply need a computer with a camera or a phone to join the meeting.  Click here to view a flier with links to the registration for this event.” [Source: HCPF]
