Draft rules for the new Dental Health Care Program for Low-Income Seniors pursuant to Senate Bill 14-180 are available here. We plan to take these rules to the Medical Services Board for emergency adoption at its January 9, 2015 meeting. The Department is currently working with the Senior Dental Advisory Committee to develop the request for grant proposals and grant criteria. The final request for grant proposals will be issued after the rules have been approved, with grants set to begin July 1, 2015.
