Kaiser Permanente’s Colorado Bridge Program

Kaiser Permanente Community Benefit provides a Charitable Health Coverage (CHC) Program in all regions. Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO) has a new CHC Program, Colorado Bridge Program. The Colorado Bridge Program is designed for those who are uninsured with no access to other coverage, and meet program eligibility criteria. The program helps eligible members pay for a standard Kaiser Permanente Individuals and Families (KPIF) plan, KP CO Gold HMO 0/20, and also allows them to receive cost-sharing assistance through Medical Financial Assistance (MFA) for most services received at KP facilities. Click here for more information on eligibility, the application, cost, and Frequently Asked Questions.

Please contact Tonya Bruno, Kaiser Permanente Medicaid and Charitable Programs Outreach Retention Specialist, Tonya Bruno, at tonya.x.bruno@kp.org or 303-344-7642.” [Source: Kaiser Permanente]
