PEAK Updates

Make Medical Payments Online: The ability to make medical payments online will be available beginning November 18, 2013. On Friday, November 25th, 2013 at 10a.m., a live webinar is offered in support of this new feature. Click here to sign up for the webinar. An Instructional Guide and recording of the webinar will also be posted on the PEAK website.

Enhancements to Assets and Expenses Questions: In response to feedback, beginning November 8, 2013, only those applicants who indicate that the following criteria applies to someone in the household, will need to answer questions related to Liquid Assets, Other Assets, and Other Expenses: Blindness or Disability; Help with Self-Care; Medical/Nursing Facility Information; Future Medical/Nursing Facility Information; Over 65 years of age.

Order or Print Medical Cards Online: Clients are now able to print or request medical cards online. A five minute “How To” recording is available here, and the Instructional Guide will be posted to the PEAK website.

Several resources to support PEAK use are posted to the PEAK website/Training.
