Kaiser Permanente Community Benefits Program Institute for Healthcare Improvement

Through a generous grant from Kaiser Permanente, ClinicNET is pleased to be able to offer contributing affiliate clinic leaders access to conference scholarships and travel support funding to attend the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) 24th Annual National Forum on Quality Improvement in Healthcare, December 9-12, 2012 in Orlando, Florida.
