There are several new PEAK updates. The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) just finished accepting applications for the PEAK Outreach Project. Successful applicants have received notification already, and there will be a PEAK webinar specifically for grant recipients on July 12th.
Join HCPF for the 1.5 hour Introduction to PEAK webinar where HCPF will present the rationale behind why PEAK was created, review what functionality is available on PEAK, share support materials and other resources available to you, and discuss ways you can use PEAK to assist clients.
