"Grant awards will be used to support technical assistance and implementation activities geared towards strengthening the capacity of Colorado’s safety net clinics.

Non-profit clinics in the following categories are eligible to apply:  charitable/free health clinics, community-based health clinics, FQHC’s and FQHC look-alikes, public health clinics and rural health clinics.  For-profit clinics serving vulnerable populations may also be eligible."
