Join ClinicNET and Colorado HealthStory at a community forum to hear the health stories of Park Hill residents and join the conversation about health in the community! The forum will be held at the Hope Community Center at 3475 Holly Street in Denver, CO 80207 on Tuesday, April 3 from 5:30-7:30pm.
