State legislative session nearing the end...May 10.

The budget stalemate is over and the budget (aka the long bill) has been sent to the Governor for his signature. It also appears that the hospital provider fee will in fact become an enterprise (via SB 267) although its kind of a messy imperfect bill that includes, among other things, an increase in Medicaid co-pays.
