CICP Name Change Survey

"The Department welcomes your participation in this survey regarding selection of a new name to replace the name for the existing Colorado Indigent Care Program (CICP). We intend for this new name to take effectJuly 1, 2017. We in the Special Financing Division who administer the CICP have been working with the Department's Policy, Communications and Administration Office to develop a new name which will reflect the nature of the transformed program. We are presenting two possible options for you in this survey that are the result of that process. In addition, the survey is structured to offer you an option to submit another name of your choice and any comments you may have.
