- Intent to apply notification are due from the Applicant Agencies to the Department by Monday, April 18, 2016.
- Written questions are due from the Applicant Agencies to the Department by Monday, April 25, 2016.
- Stakeholder Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
- Application responses are due by close of business on Thursday, May 26, 2016.
